Golden Village Is Letting Kids Watch Movies for Free on Weekdays but Only Before 2pm

Written by Kelly Khor

Just when it felt like Golden Village was slowly disappearing from our lives, this happens.

Golden Village is currently running a promotion where children aged 6 and below can watch movies for free on weekdays until 20 November 2026.

How to enjoy the free movie tickets

For every standard adult ticket purchased, one child aged 6 and below gets a complimentary ticket for the same movie and session. The promotion is available across Golden Village cinemas in Singapore except for GV Cineleisure.

There are a few conditions though. The promotion is only valid from Mondays to Fridays before 2pm, and it is not applicable on public holidays, school holidays, or their eves. It is also only available for walk in purchases. Only G, PG and PG13 titles are eligible. One adult ticket entitles you to one free child ticket, and proof of age may be required.

So how much are you actually saving?

Here’s a quick breakdown of typical Golden Village adult ticket prices, so you can see the value of this deal.
