The Dining Room is Sheraton Towers Singapore’s all day dining restaurant located on level 1. It serves a mix of international, Asian and local dishes.
For the lunch buffet, diners can expect a wide spread across multiple stations. For example, popular highlights include seafood on ice such as prawns and mussels. In addition, there are Japanese selections like sushi and freshly sliced sashimi.
There are also live stations serving local favourites such as laksa and prawn mee. At the same time, carving stations offer a selection of roasted meats.
Beyond the usual buffet staples, the spread includes local items like Teochew ngoh hiang and hei pia. On top of that, diners can enjoy Asian hot dishes such as black pepper prawns and roast duck.
To end the meal, diners can look forward to a dessert selection featuring cakes, pastries and classics like crème brûlée and mango pudding.
