Repeatedly earning Michelin recognition over the years, Tim Ho Wan Singapore continues to preserve Hong Kong’s dim sum heritage through authentic craftsmanship.
The brand has now teamed up with Hong Kong Dim Sum Grandmaster Fu Sing to launch a limited time “Tim Ho Wan Nostalgic Dim Sum Series” across all Singapore outlets until 30 June 2026.
New Limited Time Traditional Dim Sum Menu
The special menu brings back traditional Hong Kong teahouse style dishes and flavours, while reviving nearly forgotten dim sum techniques from old school Hong Kong teahouses.
The series also aims to recreate familiar flavours for older generations while introducing younger diners to heritage dim sum dishes.

Master Fu Sing is a veteran dim sum chef from Hong Kong with more than 80 years of experience in Cantonese cuisine and traditional dim sum making.
