NDP 2026 ticket ballot applications are now open from 23 May to 6 June 2026 — and with around 45,000 more tickets compared to previous Padang editions, this might finally be the year Singaporeans actually stand a decent chance at celebrating National Day LIVE at the Singapore National Stadium.
For the first time since 2016, National Day Parade 2026 is returning to the Singapore National Stadium, bringing significantly more seats compared to the Padang years.

But NDP 2026 Will Feel VERY Different
Because the parade is happening indoors at the National Stadium, some classic NDP moments cannot happen in their traditional format.
That means:
- No Red Lions parachuting into the venue
- No full mobile column driving through spectators
- Limited aerial flypast experience
And honestly, this may become one of the least military-feeling NDPs Singapore has seen in years.
Instead, organisers are going bigger on:
- Indoor drone performances
- Concert-style special effects
- Aerial performers
- Mass civilian participation segments
Whether you love the changes or not, one thing’s for sure — this could be the easiest year in a long time for Singaporeans to finally experience NDP live instead of through someone else’s Instagram Story.
