Sushi GO has launched a new seasonal menu titled All In On Salmon, with its viral inspired Salmon Noodles as the headline dish.
Inspired by one of the hottest salmon trends overseas, the dish features generous cuts of salmon served as slurp worthy noodles, paired with chilled dipping sauce. It is a playful take on salmon that brings together the richness of sashimi with the comfort of a noodle style dish.
For diners who usually go straight for salmon sushi, salmon sashimi or anything mentai topped, this is probably the item that will catch their attention first.
More Salmon Creations On The Menu
The Salmon Noodles may be the star, but Sushi GO’s seasonal promotion also includes a wider line up of salmon creations across sushi, gunkan and hearty mains.
Highlights include the Extra Long Salmon Sushi and Extra Long Salmon Mentai Sushi, made for those who believe there is no such thing as too much salmon.
There is also the Salmon Gunkan, topped with mayonnaise and garlic chips for a richer bite.
For something more filling, diners can try the crispy Salmon Katsu served with tartar sauce, or the Salmon Katsu Don for a heartier meal.
