HEY KEE HK Seafood is offering two live crabs (~500g each) from S$88, with diners able to choose from 18 different flavours including Curry Crab, Black Truffle Crab and Sichuan Spicy Crab.
Choose From 18 Crab Flavours
Regulars can still go for familiar favourites such as Black Pepper Crab, Typhoon Shelter Stir-Fried Crab and Braised Crab with Vermicelli.
For something new, the Curry Crab brings together housemade sambal, lemongrass, chilli paste and coconut milk. Inspired by Singapore style fish head curry, it also comes topped with deep fried bean curd skin for extra crunch.
Meanwhile, the Stir-Fried Crab with Black Truffle uses black truffle sauce sourced from Italy. Chefs toss the crab over high heat so the sauce clings to the shell and coats the sweet crab meat.
Taking inspiration from Korea’s viral rosé noodle trend, the Baked Ee-fu Noodles with Crab in Spicy Butter Cream Sauce combines garlic, butter cream and gochujang for a creamy, spicy and savoury finish.

What Else Should You Order?
HEY KEE has also refreshed its menu with 12 new dishes, including Temple Street Chicken with Spicy Chips, Crab Roe Baked Rice, Deep-Fried Pork with Red Fermented Bean Curd, Braised Tofu with Garlic and Chilli, Deep-Fried Eggplant and Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Sea Coconut.
For meat lovers, the Temple Street Chicken with Spicy Chips costs S$39.80. HEY KEE brines the chicken for close to five hours, air dries it for another three to four hours, then fries it until crisp. It comes served with house made spicy chips. Limited quantities are available daily, so pre order is recommended.
Seafood fans should also check out the Crab Roe Baked Rice, priced at S$48. The kitchen cooks the rice with crab roe, crab butter and milk before finishing it in a wok to create a crispy guoba style bottom. Crab roe sauce, crab meat, egg, tobiko, spring onions and fried shallots complete the dish.
