Korean BBQ fans heading to VivoCity now have a new spot to check out. Kott-Don 360 has opened its second Singapore outlet at the mall. Diners enter through a cave-like entrance before stepping into a Korean-inspired dining space.
Beyond the striking entrance, the restaurant is best known for its signature meats, which are wet-aged for approximately 360 hours before they reach the grill. The new outlet follows the brand’s debut at Paya Lebar Quarter earlier this year.
Flower-Cut Meats And Exclusive Hanwoo Beef
Before ageing, the restaurant prepares selected cuts using its signature “flower-cut” technique. Chefs score angled cuts into the meat to create a distinctive floral pattern. The technique improves texture and helps the meat cook more evenly on the grill.
Kott-Don 360 then wet-ages the meat for approximately 360 hours, or around 15 days. This process retains juiciness while naturally tenderising the meat.
At the VivoCity outlet, diners can also enjoy a selection of Hanwoo beef that is exclusive to this branch. Hanwoo is known as Korea’s premium native cattle breed and is prized for its rich marbling, tenderness and depth of flavour.
The Hanwoo Beef Set starts from S$268 (member pricing). It includes approximately 450g of premium Hanwoo cuts paired with Hanwoo Ssam Bap. Diners seeking a more affordable introduction to the restaurant’s signature aged meats can opt for the Kott-Don Sets, which start from S$75.90++.

Other Dishes Worth Saving Room For
The premium meats may steal the spotlight, but several supporting dishes deserve attention too. Highlights include the Beef Tartare Bibimbap topped with wagyu beef tartare and egg yolk, as well as the Cold Kimchi Noodle served in a refreshing chilled kimchi broth.
For something heartier, order the Kettle-Pot Fish Cake Soup filled with imported Busan fish cake skewers. The Black Pork Kimchi Soup combines Duroc black pork, kimchi and tofu for a comforting finish. Diners can also enjoy refillable banchan and Korean favourites such as tteokbokki, pork tangsuyuk and cheese steamed egg.

From 15 June 2026, diners who sign up for Kott-Don 360’s complimentary membership programme can receive a free 150g serving of pork belly with a minimum spend.
