From 25 July 2026, Bugis Street Level 2 has a fresh new line up of shops and experiences aimed at a younger crowd. You can thrift, build your own banana pudding, make a candle and customise a journal. You can also take photos inside a hawker themed room and even try your hand at DJing.
A New Playground For The Next Generation
One of the biggest additions is Somewhere @ Bugis Street. Created with Invade, the people behind Artbox and Fleawhere, the new concept is designed with a younger crowd in mind.
The space brings together pre loved finds, indie and local brands, workshops and places to hang out. You will also find podcast rooms, open deck turntables, interactive rooms and an exclusive lounge. In addition, there are creator spaces developed in partnership with schools and art institutions.
Weekend Market Featuring About 40 Booths
On weekends, Somewhere @ Bugis Street gets even livelier. A market featuring around 40 booths brings together thrifters, crafters and creators. Expect pre loved finds, handmade trinkets, collectibles and activities.
For the launch weekend on 25 and 26 July 2026, CLOSET RAID kicks things off. This special market edition features booths by Singapore fashion content creators. Plus, visitors can get complimentary DIY keycap charms during the launch weekend.
You Can Build Your Own Banana Pudding
Elsewhere on Level 2, one of the most unexpected additions is a Banana Pudding Bar.
It comes from homegrown Creamie Sippies. The brand started by brewing drinks live on TikTok and later became the name behind Singapore’s first matcha mill café.
At its new Bugis Street concept, you can customise your own banana pudding with different toppings and sauces. Seasonal specials will also be available. Meanwhile, you can pair your dessert with mini versions of Creamie Sippies’ signature beverages.

Singapore’s First Dedicated Candle Bar Is Here Too
Prefer making something you can bring home? White Pixies brings Singapore’s first dedicated Candle Bar to Level 2.
Instead of simply picking a candle off a shelf, you can make something yourself. There are seven signature workshops to explore, including personalised candle making, perfume balm charms and diffuser experiences.

Take Photos Inside A Hawker Themed Room
Another addition to Level 2 is Standard Photo Studio, which features four themed self shoot booths with hands free photography and classic photo strips.
One highlight is its locally inspired Hawker Room, which offers something different from the usual minimalist studio backdrop. After your shoot, head to the DIY station to personalise your photo keychains with unlimited beads.

Journal Lovers Get A New Hangout Too
Homegrown lifestyle label Ruby Merlot has opened its first physical store at Bugis Street. The Singapore brand also operates out of Seoul and is known for its bags and journals.
However, this is more than just a place to shop. Visitors can customise journals, join weekend junk journalling sessions and attend community gatherings.

Back at Somewhere @ Bugis Street, you will find podcast rooms and open deck turntables alongside creator spaces, workshops and interactive rooms. So, you could browse the weekend market, record content and even try your hand at DJing.
Beyond Level 2, there is more on the way. A new Myth Jinn Escape Room is coming to Bugis Street and is described as a first and exclusive concept in Singapore. Meanwhile, Bugis Street favourite Xcape Singapore will introduce new escape room content at an expanded and refreshed location.
