Shihlin Is Launching S$3.90 Food Blind Boxes At 2 Singapore Outlets This Week

Written by Dania Rae

If you can’t decide what to eat, Shihlin has a solution for you this week. The Taiwanese street food chain will sell S$3.90 Food Blind Boxes at two outlets in Singapore, where customers leave their meal choice up to chance.

Instead of choosing from the menu, each customer will receive one randomly assigned food item and a mystery gift.

The promotion starts at Jurong Point on 4 June 2026. Northpoint City will launch it a day later on 5 June 2026. Each outlet will have only 100 boxes, while stocks last.

What’s Inside?

Customers will receive one surprise food item.

Possible items include:

  • Signature Oyster Mee Sua, usual price S$6.90
  • Seafood Tempura, usual price S$4.80
  • Braised Chicken Ricebowl, usual price S$7.50

In addition, each blind box will include a mystery gift. However, Shihlin has not announced what the gifts are.

Customers cannot choose or exchange the items they receive. The promotion also limits each customer to one blind box per transaction.
