Starbucks Singapore is finally introducing the colourful Unicorn Frappuccino from 15 August 2026, giving local fans their first chance to try the drink that became a social media phenomenon overseas years ago. However, Starbucks will offer it for a limited time only.
What Is In The Unicorn Frappuccino?
The Singapore version starts with a creamy coconut milk base infused with Strawberry Açaí and Mango Dragonfruit flavours. Starbucks then adds blueberry drizzle, white chocolate sauce, Mango Dragonfruit powder and blueberry powder. As a result, the drink combines fruity, creamy and sweet flavours in one colourful cup.

Why Does The Unicorn Frappuccino Sound So Familiar?
Starbucks first launched the Unicorn Frappuccino in the US, Canada and Mexico in April 2017 as an ultra limited five day release. Its bright pink and blue appearance quickly turned it into a social media sensation, particularly on Instagram.
Adding to the novelty, the original drink changed colour and flavour as customers stirred it. It started sweet and fruity before becoming increasingly tangy. Unsurprisingly, that unusual gimmick gave people another reason to film, photograph and share it online.
Nearly a decade later, the Unicorn Frappuccino has become something of a Starbucks cult classic. Now, Singapore is finally getting its chance to see what all that 2017 fuss was about.
Not Every Starbucks Singapore Outlet Will Sell It
There is one important catch before you head down to your nearest Starbucks. Several outlets across Singapore will not carry the Unicorn Frappuccino, including stores in office districts, business parks and tertiary institutions.
Therefore, it is worth checking the list before making a special trip. If your regular Starbucks appears above, you will need to visit another participating outlet.
At the time of writing, Starbucks Singapore has not announced an official price or end date for the Unicorn Frappuccino promotion.
