Written by Kelly Khor
Singapore’s first DoubleTree by Hilton opened at 401 Havelock Road in Robertson Quay on 1 October 2026. The 344-room hotel brings the brand’s familiar welcome ritual to Singapore: a warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival, just like at its properties around the world.

Expedia has listed rooms from S$296 per night, including taxes and fees, for two adults Rates vary by date and room category. Between outings, an outdoor pool with daybeds and cabanas, a wellness studio and a 24-hour gym round out the stay.

SAUS puts more than 40 house-made condiments in the spotlight

The hotel’s other dining concept, SAUS, takes its name from a playful spin on “sauces”. Sauces, dips, sambals and marinades take centre stage here. Menu highlights include Nyonya Prawn Salad, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Seafood Bakar with hand-pounded sambal olek.

The Signature Beef Rendang uses Wagyu cheeks slow-cooked in an eleven-spice rempah, while Bak Kut Teh offers another familiar option. Drinks include Air Bandung, Milo Dinosaur and soya bean, alongside cocktails, kombucha, coffee and tea.

SAUS begins lunch and dinner service on 1 November 2026.
