Unlimited boneless chicken and six dipping options
The buffet focuses on boneless chicken, with O.R. Tenders made from chicken tenderloin and Chicken Bites made from thigh meat. Whipped Potato and fountain drinks round out the spread. Bone-in fried chicken, burgers and fries are not part of the announced buffet menu.
For those who like switching flavours between helpings, the sauce bar includes O.R. Gravy, Seoul Spicy, Chipotle Honey Mustard, Flaming Hot, Cheezy Onion and Shhh Secret Grill.
Each ticket admits one person, with a maximum dining time of 90 minutes during the selected session.
An optional eating challenge with up to S$500 for the winner
The buffet also hosts the Zermaxx Challenge, inspired by competitive eater Zermatt Neo’s feat of eating 100 KFC Tenders in 40 minutes. It is open to buffet participants who opt in, with a minimum of 30 O.R. Tenders required to qualify and a cap of 100 within the selected buffet session.
KFC says the participant who eats the highest number of tenders in the fastest time wins. The winner receives S$5 for every tender eaten, so 40 tenders would earn S$200, while reaching the 100-tender cap would mean S$500. This cash payout applies to the winner, rather than every challenger.
Two new sauces join the menu
The buffet is also a chance to try KFC’s two new sauces. Seoul Spicy combines Korean gochujang with garlic aioli for a sweet, spicy and tangy dip, while Chipotle Honey Mustard pairs smoky chipotle peppers with honey and mustard for a gentler heat.
Both launched on 30 September 2026 at KFC outlets except Singapore Zoo, and through KFC Delivery, GrabFood and foodpanda, while stocks last. They replace Mala Mania and White Curry Syiok! in the sauce line-up.
