Culinary Class Wars Chef Min Yohan Has Just Opened a Bibimbap Spot in Singapore — With a Twist

Written by Jon Phay

A Culinary Class Wars chef has just opened a bibimbap spot in Suntec — and it starts from just $4.28. But here’s the twist. He doesn’t make your bowl. You do.

Chef Min Yohan brings his banchan concept to Singapore with Bibim Deli, where you build your own bibimbap from a rotating spread of seasoned vegetables, marinated sides and proteins — all prepared in his signature style.

You can take as much or as little as you want, mix your own combination, and create a completely different bowl every time. With more than 20 items changing regularly, it’s the kind of place where you’ll keep going back just to try new combos.
