Priced at S$13.90, the dumpling features wok fried glutinous rice, braised pork belly, chestnuts, mushrooms, and a rich salted egg yolk. The salted egg adds extra richness and umami to the savoury filling.
Nonya Blue Pea Dumpling Returns
Soup Restaurant is also bringing back its Nonya Braised Pork Blue Pea Rice Dumpling at S$12.90.
The glutinous rice is naturally coloured using butterfly pea flower.
Inside, diners will find flavourful braised pork wrapped in fragrant rice inspired by traditional Nonya cooking.
The dumpling stands out visually while still keeping familiar heritage flavours.

New Red Bean Kee Chang Introduced This Year
Soup Restaurant is also introducing a new Red Bean Alkaline Kee Chang priced at S$3.90.
The dessert style dumpling has a soft and chewy texture similar to mochi.
It comes with smooth red bean filling and works well as a light snack or sweet treat.
Diners can also choose the classic Alkaline Kee Chang at S$3.30.
