The Singapore EDITION Rolls Out 3 Day Happy Hours With Cocktails From S$18

Written by Dania Rae

In Singapore, luxury hotel bars usually mean one thing: EXPENSIVE. However, The Singapore EDITION is trying to change that with its new “Social Days” happy hours, a 3 day experience running every Monday to Wednesday across four different venues within the hotel. Selected cocktails start from S$18, while selected wine bottles go for S$80.

Which Space Matches Your Personality?

Rather than locking guests into one bar, the experience encourages people to drift between four different spaces throughout the evening, each with its own mood, personality and energy. In other words, it is less “happy hour” and more “main character nightlife circuit”.

Here’s where you should go depending on the kind of chaos you bring into a social setting.

Venue What To Expect Signature Drinks Best For
Lobby Bar Marble interiors, crystal decanters, luxury hotel energy Pink Poodle, Glow Check, Jasmine Paloma You secretly want strangers to think you either work in fashion, crypto or “consulting”
FYSH at EDITION Sophisticated cocktails with chef inspired ingredients Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary with Miso & Beef Jus You suddenly become a Michelin judge after two cocktails and start describing drinks with words like “balanced”
The ROOF Tropical rooftop vibes with greenery and sunset energy Frozen Mango Hazelnut Margarita, Singapura Colada You are one stressful Teams notification away from disappearing to Bali for six months
Punch Room Singapore Dark, intimate cocktail den with rotating punch specials Tempest Punch, Kusu Island Punch You said “just one drink” at 7pm and now it is somehow midnight and you are discussing childhood trauma with strangers

These Cocktails Feel Made For Social Media

Even the drinks feel designed for social media culture. Frozen Mango Hazelnut Margaritas. Singapura Coladas. A Bloody Mary with Beef Jus. These are not “safe” hotel cocktails. Instead, they are conversation starters.

More importantly, the pricing strategy feels smart.

In a city obsessed with either ultra luxury or ultra cheap deals, The Singapore EDITION may have found the sweet spot in between: making people feel rich for one night without requiring them to actually be rich.

Social Days runs every Monday to Wednesday across the hotel’s bars and dining venues. Prices are subject to service charge and GST.
