SUSHISAMBA Singapore’s Brazilian Party with SAMBA dancers is bringing the vibrant energy of Brazil to the CBD this July. To celebrate its second anniversary, the rooftop restaurant will host live DJs, free flow brunches and Brazilian inspired cocktails, all against panoramic skyline views from the 52nd floor of Capital Tower.
Known for its fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, SUSHISAMBA has built a reputation for lively dining experiences rather than traditional fine dining. This July, the restaurant is taking things up a notch with a one day Brazilian themed brunch and a month long cocktail collaboration inspired by one of Brazil’s best known beauty brands.
A rooftop brunch inspired by Brazil
The highlight of the celebrations is the Celebração 2 Year Anniversary Brunch on 18 July.
Instead of a typical weekend brunch, guests can spend the afternoon enjoying live DJs, colourful SAMBA dancers and panoramic skyline views while sipping free flow drinks.
Besides the entertainment, the buffet features sushi, sashimi, seviche and grilled skewers. Meanwhile, plated dishes include Spicy Glazed Lamb Leg and Crispy Cauliflower before the meal ends with Coconut Sago Trifle, Yuzu Matcha Tart and freshly made Churros.
The brunch starts from S$160++ for food and non alcoholic beverages, while free flow beverage packages are available from S$40++.
Bonus: Free Sol de Janeiro perfume with selected cocktails
Throughout July, SUSHISAMBA is also partnering Brazilian beauty brand Sol de Janeiro on a limited time cocktail collaboration.
Three cocktails inspired by the brand’s iconic Cheirosa fragrances will be available during the anniversary celebrations.
- Cheirosa 62 — Pistachio, hazelnut, coconut pandan syrup and pistachio foam.
- Cheirosa 68 — Lychee, yuzu, dragon fruit and coconut juice.
- Cheirosa 40 — Vanilla syrup, cassis, umeshu plum and finished with an edible flower.
Even better, every qualifying cocktail purchased comes with a complimentary 90ml Sol de Janeiro Perfume Mist while stocks last.
The cocktails are priced at S$18++ during Sunset Hour (Monday to Saturday, 6pm to 7pm) and S$24++ thereafter.
