From 11 August to 4 October 2026, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore is rolling out its Seafood Buffet at Food Capital, featuring everything from freshly shucked oysters and snow crab legs to Singapore Chilli Crab and even complimentary lobster for selected dinner diners.
Set beside the Singapore River, the limited-time buffet focuses on premium seafood prepared in both local and international styles, making it a tempting option whether you’re planning a family gathering, birthday celebration or weekend feast.
Free lobster with selected dinner buffets
Guests dining from Sunday to Thursday will receive one complimentary lobster for every two paying adults, served alongside a freshly grilled Surf & Turf BBQ dinner.
Those visiting on Fridays and Saturdays can choose between one lobster or one crab for every two adults. The lobster is prepared Western style, while the crab comes cooked in one of three popular local flavours.
