Fancy having dinner inside your own private cable car cabin while taking in Singapore’s skyline? Cable Car SkyDining now has two dining experiences to choose from. The Singapore Chronicles tells Singapore’s story through food, while Starlight Flight focuses on Mediterranean, Spanish and Catalan flavours.
The bigger deal right now is The Singapore Chronicles. The three course experience usually costs S$108++ per guest. However, it is available at 1 for 1 until 31 August 2026. That brings the effective price down to S$54++ per person when two dine.
Both experiences include dining at Mount Faber Peak and around 60 minutes inside a private cable car cabin. Guests travel across two scenic rounds on the Mount Faber Line. Along the way, there are views of Mount Faber, HarbourFront, Sentosa and Singapore’s southern coastline.
The Singapore Chronicles: Singapore’s history told through food
The Singapore Chronicles is the more distinctly local experience. Its three course menu traces Singapore’s journey from fishing village to trading port through food.
Guests start with a choice of two drinks. Temasek Sunset combines chai, grilled pineapple, pandan and lime. Meanwhile, Nanyang Twilight features gin, butterfly pea, coconut water and lime.
Tiger Prawn Tea Rice represents Singapore’s maritime past. For the main course, diners can choose Crispy Red Snapper or Char grilled Lemongrass Chicken. Both dishes reflect the different culinary influences that shaped Singapore. Finally, dessert combines pandan, gula melaka and European style custard.
The starter and main course are served inside the private cable car cabin. Guests complete two scenic rounds lasting around 60 minutes. After that, they return to Mount Faber Peak for dessert.
The experience costs S$108++ per person. However, the 1 for 1 promotion runs until 31 August 2026. Therefore, two diners pay an effective S$54++ per person.

Starlight Flight: Mediterranean flavours above Singapore
Starlight Flight takes a different approach. Barcelona born Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero created the menu with Catalan and Spanish influences.
The four course experience costs S$118++ per person. It begins at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak with a welcome drink and Sautéed Hokkaido Scallops. Diners then board their private cable car cabin for the next courses.
One highlight is the Tiger Prawn Salad with Stracciatella. It features six varieties of heirloom tomatoes from Spain and Italy. For the main course, guests can choose Catch of the Day or Australian MB 4/5 Wagyu Ribeye.
Alternatively, diners can upgrade to a whole Grilled Boston Lobster for an additional S$38++. It is served with Arborio rice in Catalan seafood suquet. Finally, dessert is Red Plum Brûlée back at Mount Faber Peak. Vegetarian options are also available.
