Run For Hope 2026 returns to Marina Barrage on 29 November for its 33rd year, with contributions supporting cancer research at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). Over the years, the event has brought together more than 20,000 participants, while runners at the 2025 edition raised over S$190,000 for the NCC Research Fund.
What Is Run For Hope 2026?
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) are organising this year’s edition. The run will flag off at 6.15am on Sunday, 29 November 2026, at Marina Barrage, with participants choosing between 5KM and 10KM categories.
The event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, continuing a movement that has supported cancer research since 1993.

Besides completing the run, participants can also take on a fundraising challenge with a sizeable travel prize up for grabs.
The top 10 registered participants who raise the highest amount of contributions will qualify for the Grand Prize Draw. One winner will receive a pair of Singapore Airlines return Business Class tickets to Western Sydney, worth S$11,400.
Participants can rally friends, family members and colleagues to support their fundraising efforts. Those who are unable to take part in the run can also create a personal or team fundraising page, make a contribution or help spread the word.
Contributions will support cancer research led by NCCS, including work aimed at enabling earlier diagnoses, more effective treatments and better patient care.
Runners Will Wear An Official Run T-Shirt For The First Time
Run For Hope 2026 also marks the first time participants will receive an official run T-shirt created especially for the event.
The design comes from Cindy Neo, an NCCS patient, full-time artist and founder of artist-led studio Room To Imagine.
Neo’s own artistic journey changed after her first cancer diagnosis in 2017, when she left her corporate career to pursue art full-time. Her design for this year’s T-shirt draws on the abstract and flowing forms found in her work, with a ribbon at its centre representing movement and her personal journey with cancer.
Each runner will also receive a race bib and race pack, while the organisers will announce additional runner entitlements at a later date.
Run For Hope 2026 Registration Fees
Registration fees have remained unchanged for the past three years. Returning Run For Hope participants and groups of more than 30 people qualify for the lower registration rate.
The Loyal Runner rate applies to returning Run For Hope participants, while the same discounted rate is available for group registrations of more than 30 people.
