Find Butterbear across 10 checkpoints
For fans who enjoy a little mission with their mall visit, the Butterbear Happy Quest runs from 26 September to 9 October 2026. A digital map guides shoppers through 10 checkpoints across orchardgateway, taking them to shops and key locations along the way.
Keep an eye out for Butterbear in different looks as you explore, with opportunities to stop for photos between checkpoints. Complete the hunt and you can redeem a prize during the 9 and 10 October collection period, while stocks last.

Pose with a four-metre Butterbear
The biggest photo attraction is a four-metre-high Butterbear inflatable at the Plaza. A second, two-metre inflatable sits outside Jian Cha at Basement 1, so there is more than one backdrop for your camera roll.
The character also appears on themed standees around the mall, while flags line the Beam walkway and banners decorate the Tube and Level 1 Runway. It is worth looking beyond the main display if you want photos of Butterbear in different outfits.
