Plaza Singapura is bringing a mega Pokemon experience to the mall this May and June, featuring a 3 day Pokémon Truck, Pikachu appearances and a pop up store that runs till 21 June.
If you want the full experience, timing matters. The truck is only here for a short run, while the merch sticks around longer.
A 3-Day Pokémon Truck Experience (1 to 3 May 2026)
The main highlight is the Pokémon Truck, a 24-foot LED vehicle that doubles as a mobile gaming lounge.
Step inside and you will find a fully set-up space with multiple gaming stations where you can try Pokémon Pokopia, a new life simulation game on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. It is one of the first chances in Singapore to experience the game before its wider release.
Unlike traditional Pokémon titles, Pokopia leans towards a slower, more relaxing style where you build a life and interact with Pokémon in a shared world.
What you can expect inside the truck:
- Hands-on gameplay stations with comfortable seating
- Pokémon-themed photo spots
- Activity corners like colouring areas
- Limited freebies such as sunvisors and stickers while stocks last
- Pikachu appearances at selected timings
Experiences like this do not come around often in Singapore, especially one that lets you try a new Pokémon game early.
If you are planning to go, it is better to head down earlier in the day. Expect queues, especially during weekends and Pikachu appearance slots.

A Pokémon Mart Pop-Up Till 21 June 2026
Even after the truck leaves, Plaza Singapura still keeps the Pokémon energy going with a Pokémon Mart pop-up.
This official store brings a wide range of Pokémon merchandise into one space, making it one of the closest things Singapore has to a Pokémon Centre right now.
What you will find inside:
- Plush toys featuring popular Pokémon like Pikachu and Eevee
