KFC Singapore has officially joined Singapore’s Health Promotion Board (HPB) Healthier Dining Programme, becoming the first fried chicken quick service restaurant in Singapore to be part of the initiative.
With this move, KFC Singapore officially enters its healthier dining era.
New Permanent Additions To KFC Singapore’s Healthier Menu
As part of the launch, KFC Singapore has introduced a new Loaded Salad Bowl alongside new Side Salad Cups and Corn Cups, all of which will be permanently available across KFC outlets islandwide from 20 May 2026 onwards.
The new Loaded Salad Bowl features Hot & Crispy chicken bites served over lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sweet corn, with a choice of Kewpie black vinegar onion or caesar dressing. The meal contains 309 kcal, with 19g of protein and 1g of fibre.
Other KFC Singapore menu items under 550 calories include:
- Original Recipe Porridge Meal
- Famous Bowl Ala Carte
- Coleslaw Ala Carte
- Whipped Potato Ala Carte
Prices for the new menu items start from:
- Loaded Salad Bowl: S$7.85
- Loaded Salad Bowl Meal: S$8.95
- Side Salad Cup: S$4.45
- Corn Cup: S$3.25

What Does 550 Calories Actually Mean?
For context, the average adult generally requires about 1,800 to 2,200 calories a day depending on age, gender and activity level. This means a 550 calorie meal takes up roughly one quarter of a person’s daily calorie intake.
