Singaporeans who used to head across the Causeway for Souper Tang will soon have a much easier option. The Malaysian herbal soup chain is returning to Singapore with a new flagship outlet at Raffles City Shopping Centre on 29 July 2026.
This is not the brand’s first time here. Souper Tang previously operated an outlet at The Centrepoint before quietly exiting the local dining scene. Now, it is making a comeback at a time when comforting and nourishing meals are more popular than ever.
15 Herbal Soups In One Restaurant
Founded in 2009 by two Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, Souper Tang has grown to more than 20 outlets across ASEAN. Its new Raffles City flagship will offer 15 signature herbal soups, which the brand says is the largest selection at any herbal soup restaurant in Singapore.
Some of the highlights include the Souper Tang Signature Soup, American Ginseng Black Chicken Soup with Aged Black Garlic, Mountain Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, Golden Fish Maw Soup with Scallop, and Golden Stewed Fish Soup in Stone Pot.
Each soup is slow brewed with premium herbs and ingredients inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a result, every bowl is designed to be both comforting and nourishing, whether you are winding down after work or simply craving a hearty meal.

It Is Not Just Soup
Besides its signature soups, the Singapore flagship will serve more than 50 dishes. The menu includes wok dishes, rice, noodles, vegetables, meat dishes, beancurd and desserts.

In addition, the Singapore outlet will launch several dishes created exclusively for the local market. However, these specials will only be available for a limited time.

Priority Reservations Come With A Mystery Gift
Before the official opening, diners can enjoy Priority Access by booking between 20 and 26 July. These reservations are valid for dining from 29 July to 1 August.
Each successful reservation comes with one complimentary mystery retail item worth up to S$6.90 per guest. Depending on your luck, you may receive products such as Sesame Oil Ginger Wine and Herbs Chicken Mee Sua, Mountain Pepper Pork Tripe Soup Ramen, Cordyceps Flower Nourishing Soup, Corn and Lotus Seed Nourishing Broth or Mountain Pepper Superior Soup.
