KFC Singapore is teaming up again with Korean instant noodle brand Samyang, best known for its viral Buldak spicy noodles. This time, the collab brings a limited time menu inspired by the popular Buldak Carbonara flavour. It will be available from 8 April to 19 May 2026.
The lineup combines KFC’s fried chicken with Samyang’s signature fire chicken spice. It also adds a creamy carbonara twist.
What is a Double Down?
If you are not familiar, the Double Down is one of KFC’s most indulgent creations. Instead of a regular burger bun, it uses two pieces of fried chicken. The fillings are sandwiched in between.
For this version, KFC packs creamy spicy noodles, Parmesan cheese and smoked chicken ham between two crispy Zinger fillets. The result is rich, savoury and very filling.
The main highlight: Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down
The Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down is the star of the menu. It delivers bold Buldak heat with a creamy carbonara flavour.
You get crispy chicken, chewy noodles and savoury toppings in every bite. It is a hearty option for anyone who enjoys strong flavours.

If you prefer something more classic, try the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Chicken. KFC coats its Hot and Crispy Chicken with a creamy spicy sauce. Each meal also comes with Korean pickled radish cubes. These help cut through the richness and heat.
The Samyang Buldak Carbonara Loaded Fries is another standout. KFC tops the fries with Buldak Carbonara sauce and its signature cheese sauce. A sprinkle of spring onions adds extra flavour. It works well as a sharing side.
Sweet ending with Strawberry Cream Cheese Mochi
KFC is also introducing a Strawberry Cream Cheese Mochi for a limited time. The mochi is soft and chewy. It comes with a creamy cheese centre and sweet strawberry filling. This makes it a lighter contrast to the spicy mains.
Prices and availability
KFC will offer the Samyang Buldak Carbonara menu for dine in and takeaway at most outlets in Singapore. It is not available at Singapore Zoo and Sentosa. The menu is also available on GrabFood, Foodpanda and KFC Delivery, while stocks last.
Prices start from S$3.80 for the Strawberry Cream Cheese Mochi. The loaded fries cost S$5.95, while the Double Down is priced at S$8.70.
Meal options such as the Double Down Meal and Samyang Buldak Carbonara Chicken Meal start from S$10.95. Box meals are priced from S$13.80.
