Dragon Boat Festival just got a luxury upgrade.
Raffles Hotel Singapore has launched a new collection of handcrafted rice dumplings by Chef Jereme Leung. The lineup includes three artisanal creations, including a S$50+ abalone dumpling.
About The 3 Artisanal Dumplings
Steamed Abalone & Eight Treasure Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Salted Egg Yolk — S$50+
The signature dumpling combines abalone, dried scallops, roasted pork, chestnut, shiitake mushroom, mung bean, dried shrimp, and salted egg yolk.
Chef Jereme Leung drew inspiration from Chaoshan mountain and sea flavours. In addition, the ingredients symbolise abundance, wealth, and celebration.
Braised Pork Belly & Preserved Vegetable Glutinous Rice Dumpling — S$25+
This savoury dumpling takes inspiration from the Hakka dish, Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Mustard Greens.
It combines braised pork belly with preserved mustard vegetables. As a result, the dumpling delivers a rich and comforting flavour that many Singaporeans may remember from family dinners.
Quinoa Kee Chang Rice Dumpling with Raffles Signature Kaya — S$30+
This new creation gives the traditional kee chang rice dumpling a modern twist.
Instead of using only glutinous rice, Raffles adds quinoa for extra texture. At the same time, the hotel pairs the dumplings with its signature kaya jam.
For S$30+, the set includes five quinoa rice dumplings and a 200g jar of Raffles Signature Kaya Jam.

The Packaging Is Designed To Be Reused
Raffles also introduced a reusable knot bag for this year’s collection.
The green toned bag takes inspiration from the bamboo leaves traditionally used to wrap rice dumplings. After the festival, users can reuse the bag for packed lunches, casual outings, or daily essentials.
Pre Order Details
Pre orders run from 18 May to 19 June 2026 via Raffles Grab and Go.
Meanwhile, delivery and self collection will happen from 1 to 19 June 2026. Customers must place orders at least two days in advance.
In addition, Citi, OCBC, and UOB cardholders can enjoy a 15% early bird discount from 18 May to 17 June 2026.
