Amoy Street’s Gotti Italiano has refreshed its Italian menu with tuna tartare pizza, carrot-leaf pesto gnocchi, spicy crab pasta and a 24-hour Wagyu ragout.
Tuna tartare on a S$36 pizza
The biggest surprise is the new Tonno e Cipolla Bianca (S$36), topped with yellowfin tuna tartare, fresh mozzarella, pistachio, raw onion and pickled onion gel, finished with lemon. The other new pizza, Pumpkin Speck e Fontina Noci (S$36), combines pumpkin cream with smoked ham, mushrooms, Fontina cheese, walnuts and sage.
Carrot leaves get their own dish
Carota Carota Carota (S$30) uses the vegetable three ways: reduced carrot jus, crisp carrot and carrot-leaf pesto, all served with butter-and-sage potato gnocchi. Those leafy tops have a role beyond the compost bin.

A 24-hour braise and spicy crab pasta
Tuccu ‘Genovese’ (S$36) brings 24-hour wine-braised Wagyu chuck roll and hand-shaped pici together in a ragout. In the Genoese preparation described by the chef, the beef and pasta sauce are usually served separately. Also new is N’Duja E Granchio (S$38), pairing blue swimmer crab with spicy Calabrian n’duja, cream and lemon zest. For a tomato-based option, Radiatori al Pomodoro e Burrata (S$32) comes with burrata and ridged pasta shaped like miniature radiators.
