A 10-Metre Mario Towers Over the Outdoor Plaza
Emerging from a giant green warp pipe with his fist raised, Mario will tower over VivoCity’s Level 1 Outdoor Plaza. The mall bills it as Singapore’s first 10-metre Mario inflatable, surrounded by Christmas displays filled with familiar sights from the games.
Wander among oversized warp pipes at the Pipe Discovery Walk, or pose with Question Mark Blocks and golden coins at the Power-Up Block Wall. Further along, a ribbon-topped arch leads to Yoshi and towering presents in the Oversized Gift World. Princess Peach awaits beside a star-topped Christmas tree and illuminated tree silhouettes at the Starry Christmas Grove.
Race Your Friends at Mario Kart, Then Stay for Snowfall
Settle your group’s Mario Kart rivalry at the Level 1 West Boulevard, near MLB. Nintendo Switch 2 game demos run from 20 November to 27 December 2026, between 10am and 10pm. For a little friendly competition, the Mario Kart World Challenge takes place on 5–6 and 19–20 December. Players can race against others for a chance to win prizes.
Come evening, head to the Outdoor Plaza, where the Superstar Light Garden glows beneath suspended stars and twinkling lights. Stay for snowfall with the giant Mario as your backdrop. Snowfall sessions take place at 7.30pm and 8.30pm, Tuesday to Sunday, from 13 November to 27 December 2026.
Meet Mario and Luigi on Selected December Weekends
Mario and Luigi will also meet fans on 5–6, 12–13 and 19–20 December. Find them at the Level 1 North-West Boulevard, near TANGS. Each day has three 30-minute sessions at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm.
A photo pass requires at least S$100 spent in a single same-day receipt from any VivoCity store, including the Nintendo pop-up. Passes are first come, first served, with 50 redemptions per session and one per member daily. Redeem in person at the venue at least 30 minutes before your chosen session. Each pass is valid only for that session; other terms apply.
Shop Nintendo Merchandise From Japan
The Nintendo POP-UP STORE opens at the Level 1 Central Court from 1 to 27 December, bringing official merchandise from Japan. Alongside character collectibles and lifestyle items, look out for the pop-up-exclusive Super Mario Winter Collection plushies featuring familiar characters in winter outfits.
The store opens daily from 10am to 10pm. During the same period, the Central Court will also host the TANGS Christmas Market. More than 50 brands will offer festive treats, lifestyle products and gifts, giving the rest of your group something to browse too.
Collect Mario Gift Tags and Shopping Keepsakes
There is also a complimentary gift-tag activity from 13 November to 27 December. Visit embossing stations around the mall to collect four character designs on your gift tag card. Use them for Christmas presents or keep the set as a souvenir.
