Free Online HIIT Gym classes ranked according to intensity for you to exercise at home

With gyms and stadiums closing due to the Circuit Breaker, online fitness classes are quickly filling in the gap, with many providing complimentary lessons.

These classes are normally 30 minutes in duration, very high intensity (duh, it’s HIIT), requires just a small amount of space and your body weight and can help burn lots of calories.

We ranked these HIIT classes in order of intensity so you can begin losing that Covid-fat.

Malaysian celebrity fitness instructor, Jordan Yeoh has been doing online fitness coaching for some time.

He currently has a paid online fitness program you can sign up for. However, recently, he has started Facebook Live HIIT content where you can burn some fats with you. He too, trains topless. 😉

Fitness First (For Intermediate)

Just a safety note..

Listen to your body when you’re exercising. Take a rest if you need to. There is always the next time to continue with the exercise.

Hydrate yourself and stay safe!
