McDonald’s launches NEW limited-edition crossbody bags, a must-have for all fans

For all McDonald’s lovers, this is a collection you wouldn’t want to miss out! From 4 January 2022 onwards, you can now get special edition crossbody bags!

It comes in 2 designs– the Sesame Seed and Big Mac ‘N’ Fries. Each bag is priced at $14.90. They can be purchased via McDelivery or in-stores.

McDonald’s launches NEW Peri Peri shaker fries, with other value meal promotions from 30 December 2021

As the New Year approaches, McDonald’s has decided to step up their game and come up with the NEW Peri-Peri shaker fries and other exciting promotions.

From 30 December onwards, you can get yours at any McDonald’s outlet in Singapore.

Peri Peri Shaker Fries

Apart from the typical seaweed shaker fries that we always see, it’s time for the Peri Peri shaker fries! Toss your fries with paprika, parsley flakes and other herbs and spices!

The fries is $3.50 for a la carte and just $0.80 as an add on deal.

2x Value Meal

You can also pair it with the 2x Value Meal (from $17.70) with a buddy if you want the extra punch of spice.

New Breakfast McSaver Meal

Breakfast is the most important meal! From 30 December onwards, you can now get the Chicken Muffin with Egg meal from $4.50 onwards.

Starbucks is back with their 1-for-1 promotion, includes Oatmeal Confetti drink till 30 December 2021 only

What’s a better way to end off the year than having a 1-for-1 Starbucks drink?

From now till 30 December, Starbucks is offering a 1-for-1 venti-sized drink for these options:
-Oatmeal Confetti Cookie
-Green Tea Frappuccino
-Java Chip Frappuccino

Amongst the options, the Oatmeal Confetti Cookie drink is a new selection! It is a light and sweet drink topped with some “confetti” sprinkles. Even for non coffee drinkers like myself, I didn’t find this too strong when I tried it.

New retro and vintage museum exhibition, perfect for creating your minimalistic IG feed

National Gallery is always one of my favourite museums in Singapore! Recently, a new exhibition titled The Future is Now by Nam June Paik has begun.

One of the things that stood out are the projections and TV installations there. It is something rare to find since it is considered old-school.

Simply get the deal via the McDonald’s app! It is limited to one redemption per customer while stocks last. This deal is only redeemable with the purchase of a la carte items.

This Dim Sum shop in Marina Square offers dishes from $1.20 nett, great for those on a budget

Finding affordable food in Singapore is challenging– especially when the cost of living is high in general. Moreover, I am sure a part of our pay check goes to Christmas shopping this month!

At Hong Kong Zhai Dim Sum, you can get affordable dim sum from $1.20 nett. Apart from dim sum, there are other wide selection of items you can choose from– like desserts, mains and drinks.

BHG closes down their Clementi Outlet and One Assembly at Raffles City, with moving out sale up to 90%

If you are someone who loves shopping at department stores, this is an important news for you!

BHG will be closing down it’s outlet at Clementi Mall as well as One Assembly at Raffles City.

Don’t worry– if you are a fan of shopping at BHG, the remaining outlets will be at Bugis Junction, Bishan and Choa Chu Kang.

As for One Assembly, they will cease their operations from 3 January 2022 onwards. As such, there will be a sale of up to 90% off! The store is where Robinsons was once located, at Raffles City.

Sale of VTL flights and buses tickets for travel into Singapore to be frozen from 23 December 2021 to 20 January 2022

Airlines are no longer allowed to sell VTL flight tickets to Singapore from 23 December to 20 January. This measure is due to the rising imported cases and the new omicron variant.

Likewise, this applies to those who are planning to travel on the Singapore-Malaysia land VTL.

However, if you have bought the tickets earlier, you will still be allowed to travel.

Till then, do remember to stay safe!
