This June Holiday, Bring The Kids To Museum Of Ice Cream For A Sweet Science Workshop

Written by Jon Phay

Looking for a fun and educational June holiday activity that does not involve your child staring at an iPad for three hours?

Museum of Ice Cream Singapore has launched a new Magic Bubble Science Lab with Curiosity Kids, where kids can play with bubbles, colours, science experiments, and enjoy unlimited ice cream in a pink wonderland.

A Science Workshop Made Fun

The Magic Bubble Science Lab is a hands on workshop for children aged 4 to 11. Instead of reading about science, kids put on lab coats and goggles and join experiments involving bubbles, colours, chemical reactions, and colour creation.

Curiosity Kids educators lead every session and make STEM learning simple, fun, and interactive. Children may think they are just playing, but they are actually learning science through exciting hands on activities.

What Kids Will Be Doing

Each 30 minute workshop lets young participants discover how bubbles and colours work through guided experiments. Lab coats, goggles, and all materials are provided, so parents can simply show up and enjoy the experience.

Parents get a bonus too. Kids stay engaged, learn something useful, and everyone gets adorable photos of them looking like tiny scientists.

Pair It With A Full Day At Museum Of Ice Cream (MOIC)

This experience does not need to end after the workshop.

Families can choose the bundled ticket, which includes both the Magic Bubble Science Lab and general admission to Museum of Ice Cream Singapore. After the science session, kids can explore MOIC’s pink playspace, interactive installations, and enjoy unlimited ice cream treats.

Start with science and end with ice cream. That sounds like the perfect reward system.

Workshop Dates And Timings

The Magic Bubble Science Lab runs every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday throughout May, with sessions at 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm.

With the June school holidays coming soon, this is a great option for parents planning something fun, meaningful, and kid friendly.

Ticket Prices

The bundled General Admission and workshop ticket costs S$67.

Standalone workshop tickets are S$25 for non members, while MOIC members can enjoy the workshop at S$20.

General admission tickets to Museum of Ice Cream Singapore start from S$38 per person. Families planning repeat visits can also consider the MOIC Annual Membership at S$62, which gives unlimited access for one full year.

Tickets are available online and also on site at MOIC’s retail store.
