Swensen’s Unlimited In A Nutshell And What’s New
Swensen’s Unlimited is known for its generous buffet spread. Diners can enjoy Peranakan favourites, Asian mains, roast meats, fresh seafood on ice, desserts, a chocolate fountain, and a rotating selection of 48 ice cream and gelato flavours.
The newest highlight is the Premium Grain Fed O.P. Beef Rib. This premium cut delivers a tender texture, rich flavour and a steakhouse style finish. It becomes the star of the live carving station and adds a more luxurious touch to the weekend buffet experience.
The O.P. Beef Rib is available only from Friday evenings to Sundays. Weekend diners get the full upgraded buffet experience with this exclusive live carving feature.
Swensen’s Unlimited also launched six new Zer0 ice cream flavours: Matcha, Pistachio, Thin Mint, Hazelnut, Coffee and Mango. These join existing favourites like Sticky Chewy Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla.
The Zer0 range uses zero sugar added formulas with a sugar alternative blend. Diners still get the creamy and rich flavour they love, but with fewer calories.
