Instead of simply eating their way through Museum of Ice Cream Singapore, visitors can step behind the counter and make their own frozen creation during the September school holidays. The attraction’s Ice Cream Making Class returns for just three days on 7, 9 and 11 September 2026, with two 45-minute sessions held each day.
Make Your Own Ice Cream From Scratch
Led by Museum of Ice Cream’s Scoop Professors, the workshop takes participants through the process of creating classic flavours such as chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and mint.
Once the base is ready, participants can customise their ice cream with crunchy mix-ins and colourful toppings to create a signature sundae. The session also covers fun facts about the history and science behind ice cream, giving children something educational to take away besides a potential sugar rush.
Everyone who completes the workshop will receive a Scoop Master Certificate, which should make a rather cute souvenir for younger participants.

The S$63 Ticket Includes Museum Admission
The Ice Cream Making Class Ticket Bundle costs S$63 per participant. Besides the workshop, it includes admission to Museum of Ice Cream after the class.
Visitors can continue through the attraction’s multi-sensory installations and enjoy unlimited treats inside the 60,000-square-foot museum. The bundle makes the most sense for families who were already planning to visit the attraction, as the workshop becomes an additional hands-on experience rather than a standalone 45-minute activity.
Parents may accompany their child during the ice cream-making session. However, accompanying adults who want to enter and explore the museum afterwards will need to purchase their own museum ticket.

The workshop runs on three weekdays during the September school holidays. With only six sessions available, families may want to book ahead.
