Fat Belly Christmas Sets Bring Turkey and Wagyu to Your Table

Christmas is just over two months away. This year, sister steakhouses Fat Belly and Meadesmoore are offering Thanksgiving and Christmas takeaway and delivery sets built around turkey or charcoal-cooked Wagyu, complete with a starter, two sides and dessert.

Fat Belly brings spiced turkey and Wagyu to the festive table

The Serene Centre steakhouse brines its turkey with cinnamon, garlic and black pepper before roasting and finishing it with a spiced honey glaze. Its charcoal-cooked Wagyu côte du boeuf comes with bordelaise sauce and whiskey mustard.

Meadesmoore serves turkey two ways with four-cheese mac

The Boon Tat Street steakhouse prepares its turkey two ways, roasting the crown and confiting the leg in clarified butter before roasting. For beef lovers, the charcoal-cooked Wagyu tomahawk comes with Pommery mustard cream and sauce l’entrecôte.
