Swissôtel The Stamford’s CLOVE Buffet Brings Bangkok Chefs to Singapore for a One Month Thai Feast

For one month only, Swissôtel The Stamford’s CLOVE is bringing in guest chefs from Bangkok for a Thai feast featuring street food favourites, regional dishes and live cooking stations.

Running from 8 July to 8 August 2026, From Thailand with Flavour is a collaboration between Swissôtel The Stamford’s CLOVE and Pullman Bangkok King Power. Instead of just adding a few Thai dishes to the buffet line, the showcase features a rotating menu prepared by guest chefs Rossukon Tagoporn, also known as Chef Wan, and Pattama Salaklang, also known as Chef Nam.

More Than The Usual Tom Yum And Green Curry

The most exciting part of this buffet takeover is the live cooking element. Depending on the meal period, diners can expect made to order Thai favourites such as Pad Thai, Som Tam and Grilled Pork with Sticky Rice.

Of course, classics are part of the line up. Diners can expect Green Curry with Chicken, Massaman Beef, Tom Yum Goong and Tom Kha Gai. Look out for Pomelo and Shrimp Salad with tamarind and chilli dressing, Grilled Pork Neck Salad, Larb Gai with roasted rice and Thai herbs, Yam Talay seafood salad and Yam Woon Sen glass noodle salad.

For mains, highlights include Roasted Duck Curry with pineapple and lychee, Crispy Pork Belly with aged fish sauce, Stir Fried Shrimp with cashew nuts and Pad Kra Pao with Thai basil, chilli and garlic.

Save Space For Thai Desserts

The dessert section continues the Thai theme with familiar sweet treats such as Mango Sticky Rice, Bua Loy, Banana in Coconut Milk and Tap Tim Krob.

For diners who usually attack the seafood section first and then regret not saving stomach space, this is your warning. The Thai desserts are part of the experience too.
