Before Zouk wraps up a month celebrating its 35-year history, Grammy-nominated French DJ and producer Madeon will take over its newly refurbished Mainroom on Friday, 28 August 2026.
Madeon Found Fame With A Mash-Up Created At 17
Madeon, whose real name is Hugo Leclercq, first attracted international attention as a teenager through Pop Culture, a live mash-up combining samples from 39 songs. He subsequently released the albums Adventure and Good Faith, with the latter receiving a nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Fans may also recognise “Shelter”, his collaboration with fellow electronic musician Porter Robinson.

Madeon’s appearance is the penultimate event in the anniversary programme. Zouk will officially close the month-long celebration with its recurring hip-hop party, Sin City, on 29 August.
Zouk Returns With A Major Refurbishment
Madeon will perform inside a Mainroom that reopened in June 2026 following a S$6 million renovation across Zouk’s Singapore venues. The refurbished Mainroom now features a 12-metre LED wall, concert-grade sound, upgraded lighting, a larger stage and new VIP seating behind the DJ booth.
Movable acoustic walls allow the Mainroom, Phuture and Capital to operate separately or combine into a venue accommodating up to 3,500 guests. Zouk has also opened Rally Clubhouse within its Clarke Quay complex, a 120-seat café by day and bar by night serving Korio sandwiches, comfort food and drinks. The space includes a DJ booth, photobooth and Zouk memorabilia wall.
