Lap cheong meets brie and figs in a Christmas salad
The Christmas Lap Cheong Salad (S$20) pairs the Chinese sausage with charred honey fig, crumbed brie and chestnut. Cranberry goji chutney, pomegranate, frisée and herbs complete a plate that mixes familiar festive ingredients with a distinctly different savoury element.
For the main course, the Turkey Roulade (S$32) contains pork and apricot stuffing. It comes with roasted truffle potatoes, maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, root vegetables, Asian cranberry sauce and red wine jus. If you want a Christmas turkey dinner without organising a whole bird, this is the more manageable option.
To finish, the Holiday Pudding (S$16) combines dark chocolate sticky date pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate toffee sauce. Meanwhile, the Crimson Club cocktail (S$21) mixes raspberry purée, lemon juice, spiced rum, chocolate bitters and cinnamon.

A whole roasted turkey with pork and chestnut stuffing
For celebrations at home, the takeaway menu centres on a Whole Roasted Turkey at S$238. The bird weighs approximately 5.1kg before cooking and comes with separately packed pork and chestnut stuffing, Asian cranberry sauce, red wine jus and one complimentary side.
The side options include herb-roasted truffle potatoes with truffle mayonnaise, maple-glazed Brussels sprouts with bacon and almond flakes, and roasted winter vegetables.
Beyond turkey, the menu includes an Old-Fashioned Honey-Baked Ham at S$108 with spiced pineapple chutney, and Baked Hokkaido Salmon at S$118 with creamy yoghurt dill sauce. The ham weighs approximately 1.5kg and the salmon approximately 1kg before cooking. All takeaway prices include GST, with delivery charged separately.

Collection and delivery run from 6 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, subject to availability and the required processing time. Delivery operates on selected dates, so check your preferred date before finalising plans.
