From now till 28 March 2021, McDonald’s Singapore is offering its Mocha and Caramel Frappe® at only S$1 with any purchase. Customers can redeem this deal via the McDonald’s App.

Here are the details of the drinks:

Mocha Chipped Frappe®

A balanced blend of rich, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla – all topped with whipped cream, chocolate powder and chocolate drizzle

Caramel Frappe®

A blend of rich, dark roast coffee balanced with buttery caramel and a hint of vanilla; topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Sweet dreams are made of these!

However, there is a minimum purchase of  80 cents. This offer is also limited to one redemption per transaction.

In addition, this deal cannot be used at LIDO, NTU, Polytechnic stores and delivery.

Singapore is ranked 32nd in the World Happiness Report conducted by Gallop World Poll.

The poll surveyed respondents from 149 countries and measures metrics such as social support, personal freedom, gross domestic product (GDP) and levels of corruption.

Unlike other years, the survey taps on a variety of data to trace the size and distribution of the happiness impacts of COVID-19.

Here are the top 10 happiest nation:

  6. Norway
  7. Sweden
  8. Luxembourg
  9. New Zealand
  10. Austria

Surprisingly, most of the respondents were still happy, despite feeling more stressed during the COVID-19 period.

Many respondents also shared they did something interesting and felt more well-rested during the pandemic.

NParks Singapore giving out 3,000 free packets of pumpkin, winter melon, cauliflower, cherry tomato seeds and more

Following the success of last year’s seed packets giveaway, NParks Singapore will be distributing another tranche of free seeds.

Each packet contains seeds for one type of fruit or vegetable. They include:

  • Pumpkin
  • Winter melon
  • Radish
  • Cauliflower
  • Cherry tomato
  • Lady’s finger
  • Cucumber
  • Snake gourd
  • Sword bean
  • Luffa

To receive the free packets of seeds, residents will first need to register online here. Successful applicants will receive a follow up email on the details of collection of the seeds from a physical location.

Community Garden Edibles Competition

In addition, successful applicants for this tranche of seed collection are also eligible for the community garden edibles competition.

The competition, which takes place in October 2021, is a showcase of the longest and heaviest crops. Winners from the most recent competition in March 2021 won trophies and gardening gift vouchers of up to S$400.

Yunomori Onsen & Spa Offers 1-For-1 Onsen Weekday Passes

To celebrate the sakura season, the onsen have temporarily replace the Soda Bath with the limited time Sakura Bath.

According to the onsen, the Sakura Bath is said to contain sakura minerals, which is good for the skin.
