New measures for COVID-19 to minimise transmission of the infection

There will be new measures implemented to curb the number of infections in Singapore. It will take place from 8 May to 30 May.

Here are the measures to take note of.

Community Measures

Social gatherings and interactions will be limited to 5 people again.

For companies, there should be no more than 50% of the workforce in the office each time.

Sector Measures

COVID-19: Live music can resume at 16 places of worship from Oct 3 - CNA

The maximum capacity for places of worship is now 100.

Places such as outdoor barbeque pits and campsites will be closed to the public. The capacity of museums, libraries and shows will be limited to 50%.

Higher Risk Activities

Indoor facilities such as gyms and fitness studios will be closed to the public.
