TraceTogether Token Vending Machines available at NEX and Sun Plaza to replace old & faulty units

Two TraceTogether Token Vending Machines have been deployed at NEX and Sun Plaza to replace old and faulty units.

However, the machines only accept tokens that were collected or replaced more than 4 months ago.

Alternatively, you can proceed to community centres or the Token replacement counters at selected malls.

Here’s how the machine looks like:

To replace the token, simply scan the barcode of your NRIC or driver’s license using the vending machine.
