McDonald’s Singapore is launching the Hainanese Chicken Burger, a locally inspired flavour. This creation will launch across all McDonald’s restaurants and is available on all delivery platforms on 5 August onwards, for a limited time.
On top of that, it is also the first-ever collaboration with a Mediacorp Artiste and Guest Chef, Ben Yeo.
Hainanese Chicken Burger
This dish is inspired by one of Singapore’s favourite local dishes – the Hainanese Chicken Rice. It includes a juicy, crispy chicken patty topped with ginger sauce, garlic chilli sauce and dark sweet sauce.
Each burger costs $6.60 a la carte and $8.30 for an Extra Value Meal.
Of course, the meal wouldn’t be complete without the crunchy Crisscut fries, crispy Banana Pie and the Kopi Frappe, a classic local beverage.
Celebrate this National Day with our local favourites!
