Singapore bubble tea company, LiHO has introduced three new Black Truffle infused drinks to its menu.

The three drinks in the Black Diamond Series includes the following:

• Fudgy Black Truffle Chocolate (S$5.50/ S$6.50) – Green tea base complimented by the “earthy” flavor and muskiness of the truffle
• Marble Black Truffle Latte (S$6.50/ S$7.50) – Musky flavor of truffle with the sweetness of chocolate, topped with whipped cream and Lotus Biscoff biscuit crumbs
• Velvety Black Truffle CheezHO Oolong (S$6.50/ S$7.50) – Cheese Oolong tea enhanced with truffle flavor, topped with Oreo crunch bits.

All three beverages are available in both hot and iced versions with customizable ice and sugar levels.

McDonalds Singapore has recently launched a new Pulut Hitam Cake at all McDonalds outlet with McCafé.

Here’s how it looks like:

The cake is said to have black glutinous rice spread between two layers of purple sponge, topped with coconut mousse and a generous sprinkle of cake crumbs.

However, some allergens include milk, egg, wheat and fish.
