Japanese brand Emma opens store selling gravity defying ice-cream at Plaza Singapura

Japan’s popular ice-cream company, Emma has opened its first overseas outlet at the basement of Plaza Singapura.

This ice-cream brand is well-known for its rich soft serve made using premium Japanese ingredients. In fact, the ice-cream is so dense, it doesn’t not fall off even when its inverted.

This is the menu:

Signature Emma (S$5.80)

The original signature Emma ice-cream comes with Okinawa Brown Sugar Pearls.

Additional toppings like kinako (roasted soybean flour) powder, matcha powder or caramel syrup are also available.

Emma Soft (From S$4.80)

There are three options namely Emma Soft Milk (S$4.80), Emma Soft Mix (S$5.20) and Singapore exclusive flavor, Emma Charcoal Cheese (S$5.50).

Emma Dips (S$5.30)

There are four dip flavors to choose from. They include caramel, strawberry, matcha and chocolate. These ingredients, which work like your McDonald’s chocolate cone ice-cream, are imported from Japan.

Emma Handmade Waffles (S$6.80)

The wafer bubble mix soft serve is a delectable combination of home-made wafer topped with Emma’s signature soft serve ice-cream before adding crushed peanuts and warm, Okinawa brown sugar pearls. This dessert is also exclusive to Singapore.
