Starbucks Singaore 1-For-1 promotion back from 23 – 25 March 2020

Starbucks Singapore is having a 1-for-1 treat from today (23 March 2020) till 25 March 2020.

This time round, this promotion is available for its Venti-sized Peach-flavoured drinks which includes the Pink Peach Cream Frappuccino and the Pink Peach Chocolate Black Tea Latte. The latter is available in hot, iced and blended.

This promotion is available from 11am to 10pm during the promotional period and is available at all Starbucks stores in Singapore.

Do note all purchases have to be paid through the Starbucks Card and this offer is limited to one per Starbucks Card and is limited to 1 redemption per transaction. While stocks last.

For example, the On The Go Shower In A Bottle, a no-rinse body cleanser is retailing at just S$5 per bottle (UP: S$23). The fragrance mist are also going at just S$10 per bottle (236ml).

Singtel offers S$1 phone for Huawei P30 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S10+ and more for new sign-ups or re-contract

Customers who sign up for a new, selected Singtel mobile plan or re-contract with a two year device agreement can now purchase selected phones at just S$1.

Golden Village Promotion: Weekday tickets now at S$6.50 and weekends at S$9.50

Golden Village is having a promotion for its movie tickets from now till 29 March 2020. The discounted weekday tickets retail at S$6.50 each (U.P. S$9.50) and weekend tickets are priced at S$9.50 each (U.P. S$13.50).

Moviegoers can enjoy the discounted ticket by keying in the promo code “CHILLOUT” when purchasing online or via the iGV app.

As part of Golden Village’s effort to promote social distancing, the booking system will also automatically block off your neighbouring seats when the tickets are purchased.

This promotion is limited to the first 500 tickets daily and is not valid for box office and Automated Ticketing Machine purchases. Ticket purchases are non refundable and a convenience fee per transaction of S$1.50 applies for online and iGV app purchases.

Japan’s largest conveyor belt sushi chain to open at Causeway Point on 24 Mar 2020

Sushiro Singapore has announced it will be opening its first outlet in the north at Causeway Point next Tuesday (24 March 2020). This will be its third branch in Singapore.

Being the sushi chain with the largest conveyor belt, Sushiro Singapore offers more than 100 different sushi and side dishes from S$2.20, with exclusive and seasonal options.

Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar 2020 is cancelled due to Covid-19

The annual Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar will be cancelled this year in light of the coronavirus situation.

The organizer of the popular bazaar, People’s Association, has also indicated the bazaar at Our Tampines Hub and Woodlands would not proceed as scheduled.

A spokesperson from PA said: “For the well-being and safety of our residents, the PA will not be organising festive bazaars and trade fairs with effect from Mar. 18, 2020. This includes the annual Hari Raya Bazaars organised at Wisma Geylang Serai as well as at Our Tampines Hub and in Woodlands.”

“As the festive bazaars contribute to the festive mood, we understand that some residents may be disappointed. However, as our bazaars attract large crowds, we have taken the difficult decision not to proceed with these activities.”
