People are queuing for carrot cake because the owner is handsome af

Many people who ate the Father & Son’s carrot cake are left very thirsty because of this hot, young hawker.

Meet Walter, 30. At a glance, you wouldn’t believe this ripped bodybuilder is a hawker.

Why join the hawker business?

In 2015, Walter’s business closed down and he was lost. Thankfully for the encouragements from his family, he decided to pick himself up and joins the family business.

Life as a hawker is hectic due to the long hours. But Walter still finds time to gym,  six times a week, before heading down to the stall to help out.

The Carrot Cake

The carrot cake Father & Son serves is not too oil and has a good blend of carrot cake and fried egg. The taste is also rich and a nice mix of sweet and savory. You got to try the white carrot cake for the slight charred texture. Each plate is only selling at SGD$2.30!

Where is he? Where are the stalls?

Even though Walter started helping his father at the Bukit Panjang Hawker, he is more frequently helping his mother at the newly opened Kampong Admiralty stall these days.
