Jam Hsiao has just opened his latest bubble tea chain outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza!
There are close to 40 drinks in the Singapore’s menu. For the uninitiated, you could try their signature Cream Cheese Foam series. According to the brand, the Cheese Foam has been whipped over 800 times to ensure smooth texture.
Like other bubble tea brands, Jam Hsiao’s At Tea allows you to customized your sugar level. They are available at 0%, 10%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100%.
Currently, toppings are available for an additional of S$0.90. They include pearl, aloe vera and Oolong Jelly.

If you are a fan of BTS, this is just for you! There will be an upcoming exciting photobook launch at Suntec on 4 May 2021.
The title of the photobook is “The Fact BTS Photobook Special Edition: We Remember.” So what does this photobook include?
Each photo book comes with 5 mini posters and 32 photocards. All of which are limited-edition that you wouldn’t want to miss out on for your collection.
Each copy is available at S$55 (before GST), with a minimum spend of $100 up to a maximum of 3 combined receipts. Receipts must be dated from 14 April to 4 May.

Wall’s Ice Cream has recently paired up with LINE Friends to launch a limited edition LINE Friends ice-cream series. This new ice-cream series is now available at 7-Eleven convenience stores.
The new ice-cream sandwich consist of chocolate and vanilla ice-cream between two soft biscuits.

As it is still a developing area, the nearest train stations would be at Hong Kah and Tengah, which will be opening in 2026.
