Streat Singapore Food Festival has food, drinks and entertainment

The main event of Singapore Food Festival 2019, Streats, is back today and tomorrow (12 & 13 July 2019) with food, drinks and music.

This year’s theme is “Savour Singapore in Every Bite”.

The Food

12 F&B stalls will be serving delicious hawker food and modern interpretations of local cuisine. The operators includes:

New eatery outlet, Restaurant Ibid, will also be selling  Hong Kong-inspired brown butter beef curry dish and a yuan yang milk tea shaved ice dish.

There is also a pop-up bar by Origin Bar selling locally crafted district-inspired cocktails. All cocktails retail at S$15.

A new takeaway stall, Beverly Hills Cheesecake, which sells desserts from America’s famous cheesecake company, The Cheesecake Factory, has opened its stall at Raffles City yesterday (9 July 2019).

Prague famous Donut Ice-cream chain opens flagship store in Vivocity

After Gram Pancakes Singapore opened its flagship store in Vivocity last month, another famous dessert chain from Prague has also set foot at Vivocity.

Enters Good Food Coffee And Bakery.

This bakery is famous for its Chimneys, which are cone-shaped-doughnuts, served with soft serve ice-cream and other toppings.

The fusion between the hot doughnut and the ice-cream creates a smoke-like-effect, hence the name.
